Role Overview

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps platform companies keep online content safe and improve their businesses. The team acts as an important line of defense for content quality and safety, and members gain hands-on experience while testing and challenging AI systems and platforms, including generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Review, classify, remove or engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Stay current with client policies, generative AI shortcomings, content moderation advances and responsible AI regulations.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues and relay them to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas.
• Assess model responses for appropriateness, refusal, or disclaimers according to client definitions.
• Collaborate with team members to build a shared understanding of responsible AI issues.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance.

Due to the nature of the role, you may be exposed to objectionable or disturbing content, including flashing lights and contrasting light and dark patterns.
