Software Engineer (L1)
42Gears Mobility Systems is looking for a motivated fresher to join the engineering team and contribute to product development. The role involves working with modern technologies and collaborating with experienced engineers to build and maintain scalable applications.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming concepts, object-oriented design, and analytical problem solving. You will gain hands-on exposure to technologies such as C#, .NET Core, SQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Kafka, Redis, and possibly Angular.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using C# and the .NET Core framework.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain coding standards and development practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
- Interact with databases including SQL, MongoDB, and BigQuery for data management and analysis.
- Assist with front end development tasks using Angular when required.
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and development approaches.
- Support improvements to the codebase and overall development workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals and object oriented concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one object oriented programming language, C# knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the .NET Core framework.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Interest in working with technologies such as MongoDB, BigQuery, Kafka, and Redis.
- Exposure to Angular is considered a plus.
- Strong programming aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
