About the Role
Join our dynamic design team at Zoho to craft intuitive, user-focused experiences. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to transform ideas into engaging, effective designs. Your work will directly impact millions of users, and you’ll use research and user insights to continuously improve our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to gather requirements, understand the domain, and turn insights into effective wireframes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity visual designs
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and brand consistency across products
- Work on multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Present and communicate design rationale clearly to teams and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX and design
Requirements
- 0–3 years of UX design experience (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Familiarity with usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
