Overview
Develop, communicate, execute, and amend design ideas based on a brief. Follow brand languages and understand how to create designs within rules. Use ideas and research to find design solutions.
Work on design, visualization and media development for different kinds of clients. Participate and brainstorm in creative meetings to understand requirements and advise with creative ideas.
Provide creative support for visual presentations and other ad-hoc requests. Understand and maintain design standards when executing all creative material.
Develop positive relationships with colleagues throughout the agency. Go beyond your area of core competence by building newer technology related skillsets.
Develop a thorough understanding of the client and their competitor brands, and keep abreast of competitive client activity.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at once.
- Software skills and knowledge.
- Open to learning everyday not just digital design but other skills including photography, writing, illustration, etc.
- Someone who is a team player and has meaningful ownership.
- Keeping yourself updated with latest design trends.
