About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking Technology Program Interns for its 2026 Campus Program. You will work in a collaborative, learning-first environment, participate in a structured internship program, and contribute to low-complexity, low-risk initiatives while developing a strong foundation in technology, risk, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a formal internship curriculum that includes classroom training, self-study modules, workshops, and networking events
• Support low-complexity initiatives and deliverables with clearly defined scope and impact
• Review policies, procedures, and tactical issues where answers can be quickly obtained
• Work under the guidance of a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters
• Develop an understanding of Wells Fargo’s functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Share information with managers, functional teams, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers where applicable

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience demonstrated via internships, academic projects, training, military experience, or education
• Strong foundational knowledge in at least one of: AI/ML, Java, Python
• Ability to follow established policies, compliance standards, and risk frameworks
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Exposure to model development, validation, or deployment
• Familiarity with software engineering practices such as version control, code reviews, and CI/CD
• Understanding of governance, risk identification, and escalation practices
