About this role
Wells Fargo is hiring a Technology Program Intern for the 2027 campus program. The company promotes a collaborative environment where employees can learn, contribute, and grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Take part in the formal internship program and workshops supporting low complexity initiatives.
- Attend classroom training sessions, self-study assignments, networking events, and workshops.
- Review basic operational or procedural issues related to low-risk tasks and deliverables.
- Work under guidance from supervisors while building understanding of policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and business functions.
- Provide information and updates to managers, colleagues, stakeholders, and customers where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of work experience or equivalent exposure through education, training, or military experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with expected graduation between March 2028 and August 2028.
- Availability for the summer internship period from May 2027 to August 2027.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good logical thinking, analytical abilities, and structured problem-solving approach.
- Programming knowledge in Java, C#, SQL, and Python.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
