About the Role
Wells Fargo is hiring for its 2026 campus program and is seeking enthusiastic interns for its Technology Program. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured internship programs and workshops focusing on low-complexity initiatives
- Engage in classroom sessions, self-paced learning modules, networking events, and hands-on training
- Address basic or procedural queries and contribute to low-risk tasks with a clearly defined scope
- Follow guidance from supervisors while developing knowledge of business functions, policies, and compliance standards
- Communicate and coordinate with managers, colleagues, and stakeholders including internal or external customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of professional or project experience, demonstrated through prior work, training, internships, education, or military service
Additional Information
- Candidates are expected to support the company’s emphasis on strong customer relationships and compliance culture
- Must follow all risk and compliance obligations, including timely issue escalation, policy adherence, and sound risk decision-making
