Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured internship programs and workshops focusing on low-complexity initiatives
• Engage in classroom sessions, self-paced learning modules, networking events, and hands-on training
• Address basic or procedural queries and contribute to low-risk tasks with a clearly defined scope
• Follow guidance from supervisors while developing knowledge of business functions, policies, and compliance standards
• Communicate and coordinate with managers, colleagues, and stakeholders including internal or external customers

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of professional or project experience, demonstrated through prior work, training, internships, education, or military service
