Role Description
Wells Fargo is hiring a Technology Business Systems Associate to support our Technology & Data division in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will assist with analyzing business systems, evaluating automated solutions, and supporting internal stakeholders to improve system efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in researching, evaluating, and investigating low-complexity transactions and datasets to fulfill business needs
- Review technical business problems related to low-risk tasks and recommend automated solutions
- Follow defined parameters and guidelines in result tracking systems
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and budgets, and share insights with managers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with experienced Business Systems Consultants to enhance cost-effective automated systems
- Interact with user groups to provide training, resolve queries, assess user needs, and implement required changes in the database
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Business Systems Data or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA Macros
- Familiarity with Axiom software is a plus
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Eligible Batches
- Graduates from 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches
