About the Role
Wells Fargo is hiring Intern Analysts for its Quantitative Analytics Internship Program 2026. The program is designed to nurture future analysts who can thrive in a collaborative, risk-aware, and learning-rich environment. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured internship programs, including workshops and training initiatives
- Perform assigned tasks with increasing independence while understanding compliance and risk standards
- Learn policies, procedures, and practices tied to low-to-medium risk deliverables
- Collaborate with peers and senior team members to solve problems and accomplish shared goals
- Receive guidance from managers and contribute towards departmental objectives
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of relevant work experience, training, military service, or equivalent educational exposure
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and show eagerness to understand risk and compliance policies
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
