Position Summary

This role focuses on analyzing labor data and business trends to identify opportunities for improving staffing efficiency and productivity. The analyst develops and maintains workforce planning models and dashboards that support accurate forecasting and operational decision making.

The position also ensures data accuracy across workforce planning tools while monitoring performance indicators related to service levels, labor efficiency, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze labor data and operational trends to identify staffing optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain workforce planning models, dashboards, and forecasting tools.

• Support outage procedures and coordinate communication across teams to maintain system stability.
• Assist with implementing best practices in workforce management to support operational goals.

• Facilitate meetings and discussions to review workforce strategies and progress against targets.
