About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern, you will support the recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment trackers. You will help with job postings, initial candidate communication and documentation such as offer letters and onboarding forms.

The role also includes supporting employer branding activities and keeping coordination smooth between candidates and hiring managers.

Key Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes, with candidate sourcing and screening skills
• Good stakeholder and candidate coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Professional email writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and adaptability
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Work schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
