What You Will Do
As part of the logistics function, you will support the smooth movement of goods and materials that keep operations running. The role involves working with logistics partners, coordinating freight movements across sea, air, and land, and ensuring adherence to customs and regulatory standards.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while using digital tools and transport management systems to improve delivery performance. The role also involves monitoring risks, maintaining clear communication across the logistics chain, and contributing to initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality.
This program is designed for fresh engineering graduates who want to begin a career in supply chain and logistics. Through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), selected candidates will gain hands-on experience and work on real operational projects alongside experienced professionals.
Your Future Team
You will join a collaborative logistics team at the Pithampur site. The team includes professionals with experience in supply chain management, transportation operations, and customer service, with a focus on open communication, learning, and operational excellence.
Who You Are
Essential Requirements:
- A university or college degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Digital proficiency, including the use of Office365 tools and transport management systems.
- High integrity, strong ethical standards, and a customer oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to or experience in analyzing logistics service provider performance.
- Innovative thinking, self motivation, and an interest in continuous improvement.
