Job Description

As part of its effort to nurture young talent, the company invites fresh commerce graduates to join through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The program provides hands-on industry exposure and the opportunity to work with experienced professionals on real business processes.

The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is a Government of India initiative focused on skill development in trade disciplines. Under the Apprentices Act, Volvo Group provides practical, on-the-job training for a duration of one year.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing and EDI

• Validate and register invoices in the system.
• Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching and resolve related errors.
• Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Payments

• Prepare and execute payment proposals.
• Handle exceptions and payment-related issues.

PARMA

• Create vendor accounts in the system.
• Update or modify existing vendor account details.

Pre-requisites

• Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Understanding of accounting concepts.
• Ability to manage queries and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Open to working in shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is beneficial.

This role follows a work-from-office model with a five-day work week.
