Job Description
Volvo Group develops transport and infrastructure solutions that support sustainable mobility worldwide. As part of its effort to nurture young talent, the company invites fresh commerce graduates to join through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The program provides hands-on industry exposure and the opportunity to work with experienced professionals on real business processes.
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is a Government of India initiative focused on skill development in trade disciplines. Under the Apprentices Act, Volvo Group provides practical, on-the-job training for a duration of one year.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice Processing and EDI
- Validate and register invoices in the system.
- Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching and resolve related errors.
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Payments
- Prepare and execute payment proposals.
- Handle exceptions and payment-related issues.
PARMA
- Create vendor accounts in the system.
- Update or modify existing vendor account details.
Pre-requisites
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Understanding of accounting concepts.
- Ability to manage queries and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Open to working in shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is beneficial.
This role follows a work-from-office model with a five-day work week.
