About the NATS Apprenticeship Program
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) enables Volvo India to engage newly graduated candidates in a one year apprenticeship program. Participants receive practical exposure, structured training, and skill development across different functions within Financial Services and engineering teams.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates with a BE or B.Tech in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, along with knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong fundamentals in Computational Fluid Dynamics and experience solving flow related problems
- Understanding of product design concepts and interpretation of simulation results
- Familiarity with statistical techniques and DOE generation methods is desirable
- Ability to prepare clear presentations and simulation reports
- Knowledge of IC engines, particularly after treatment systems, is an advantage
- Good understanding of automotive technologies
- Capability to work in dynamic environments and manage deadlines effectively
- Self driven approach with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement
