You will assist with customs master data activities, classification support, reporting, and process improvements while helping the team advance automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled ways of working. The role contributes to maintaining classification accuracy, strong master data quality, compliance support, broker coordination, and process improvements.

Mission / Purpose of the Job

Support the Customs & Trade team with the following activities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely customs master data support, including classification related activities, database maintenance, and data quality follow up.
  • Analyze large volumes of data to detect errors, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and operational control.
  • Assist with compliance monitoring, broker coordination, and issue resolution across customs and master data processes.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering is preferred. Candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience are welcome, including fresh graduates.

You should be practical, quick to understand business problems, and comfortable working with data. The role requires strong analytical thinking and confidence using digital tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft productivity platforms.

Curiosity, self motivation, and interest in improving processes are valued. The role also involves collaboration with teams, so the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with others is important.

Must Have Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel capability
  • Ability to interpret engineering data and product information
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Comfort with digital tools, reporting, and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions
  • Ability to work with English documentation

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Power Automate, scripting, or data transformation
  • Internship or project exposure in automotive, mechanical, supply chain, manufacturing, customs, or compliance analytics
  • Understanding of engineering drawings or parts classification logic
  • Experience with dashboards, data visualization, or process automation
