This role helps students build practical knowledge within a chosen technical area while working under the supervision of a manager or senior associate. Work assignments are structured to support learning and skill development within the organization.
The position may be performed on an alternating basis with academic study or vocational training. The work typically focuses on technical disciplines such as technical support, software development, data analysis and reporting, networking and infrastructure support, or DevSecOps and cloud support.
Additional responsibilities may include helping coordinate project activities, tracking progress, conducting research, and organizing information used for reports or presentations that support team initiatives.
