The Associate Engineer gradually becomes familiar with software engineering concepts, Agile practices, and development methodologies used by the team. With guidance from senior members, the role involves performing standard engineering tasks and contributing to product or system development.
The role also involves learning and applying company and industry software engineering standards, policies, and guidelines. Team members may also contribute to special assignments or projects as required.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 0–2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
