About the Role
IQVIA is seeking enthusiastic and talented Trainee QA Analysts from the 2025 graduating batch to join our technical team in Bengaluru. This role is designed for fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for applying their skills in real-world projects. As part of our hybrid work environment, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while collaborating with experienced mentors.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and adapt to IQVIA's systems and processes while contributing to live projects.
- Understand client requirements and assist in building and configuring high-quality systems or codebases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and apply analytical methods to resolve bugs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Engage in continuous learning and utilize global knowledge systems to enhance competencies.
- Propose ideas for process improvements and contribute to organizational growth.
- Meet productivity and quality standards consistently.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science with minimum 80% marks or 8.0 CGPA (2025 graduates only).
- Formal training with certification in Java, Python, React.js, DevOps, or Software Testing.
- 0-1 years of experience in software development (preferred, not mandatory).

- Basic knowledge of clinical domain and databases.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Professionalism and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
