Overview
Key Job Role
- Understand client and stakeholder requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Apply analytical and logical reasoning to interpret data and summarize findings.
- Support the design and build of new dashboards with key KPIs such as Market Share, Evolution Index, Penetration Rate, and align with business needs, product portfolio and pricing.
- Manage internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to address different business problems.
- Use business acumen to identify strategic alternatives to client questions.
- Work in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, and workshops with client employees, management teams, and other stakeholders.
- Develop broad knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through consulting engagements and formal or informal learning opportunities.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Attend, support, and present at client meetings.
- Gain hands-on experience with Excel, PPT, Power BI, and SQL.
- Understanding of the Pharma Industry and landscape will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Technology, or Statistics.
- Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business, or Statistics.
