We are seeking enthusiastic Software Developer Graduates with a strong foundation in programming, web development, cloud technologies, and problem-solving. This role provides the opportunity to work on full-stack applications, modern cloud-native solutions, and emerging AI-powered technologies while learning from experienced engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using C#/.NET and modern web technologies.
- Assist in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Support the development of scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Adopt coding best practices.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code under the guidance of senior engineers.
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build reusable UI components and improve user experience.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Ensure applications work effectively across browsers and devices.
Cloud & Database Technologies
- Learn and work with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, and Storage.
- Assist in deploying and supporting cloud-hosted applications.
- Work with SQL Server databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
- Understand cloud-native development concepts and practices.
AI & Automation
- Explore AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot and similar productivity tools.
- Support the development of AI-powered features and automation solutions.
- Learn fundamentals of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and intelligent workflows.
- Participate in innovation initiatives involving emerging AI technologies.
Engineering Excellence
- Learn software engineering principles including Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and DevOps teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages
- Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of REST API concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Academic projects or internships involving web application development
- Exposure to Angular, ReactJS, or other frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems
- Basic understanding of microservices architecture
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, or prompt engineering
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Linux environments and Docker containers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduates from 2025 or 2026 batches
- Strong academic background with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Passion for software development and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and learning agility
