Job Overview

• Handle commercial analytics projects, including marketing mix, forecasting, segmentation and decision tree, customer, and brand performance analytics, with proficiency in Python, R, and SAS.
• Work on projects such as promotional return (ROI analysis), resource and price optimization, and physician/patient profiling.
• Develop a good understanding of consumer offerings, proprietary databases, and analytical approaches to effectively guide and support client-facing stakeholders globally, mainly in Europe and the US.
• Handle small and large datasets efficiently and choose the right technology for processing data (e.g., Excel, SAS, Python). Be a champion of analytics technologies within the team.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders from a business point of view.
• Work in a team and coordinate with members in performing QC for project deliveries with tight turnaround times.
• Perform advanced analytics analyses such as Hierarchical models, Bayesian Hierarchical models, Linear and Non-Linear Optimization Techniques, RNN, CNN, etc.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational certification or degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in SAS, R, and Python is mandatory. Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Knowledge and understanding of fundamental business processes, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth, and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques related to one's functional area.
• Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors.
• Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace, professional/trade associations, key people, and companies.
