Essential Functions

Provide day-to-day operational support for PSA (Salesforce Application), including management of tickets related to resource assignments, time transfers, project setup and updates, functional role changes, and user access. Ensure requests are validated, prioritized, and resolved accurately to meet service expectations and maintain compliance.

Support timecard corrections, utilization alignment, and financial data accuracy within PSA, and perform ongoing data quality checks to prevent downstream reporting or billing issues. Contribute to operational reporting, knowledge sharing, and cross-coverage to ensure continuity, SLA adherence, and operational stability.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline with the ability to manage operational, system-driven processes in a fast-paced environment.
