About the Role
Red Hat is seeking a motivated Trainee - Associate Software Engineer for a six-month internship in Pune. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with a senior mentor, gain practical technical knowledge, and collaborate with an international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain code using Python, Golang, or similar programming languages.
- Add new features, debug, and track issues in Red Hat products such as RHEL and OpenShift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Engage with other talented interns and contribute to various projects within Global Engineering.
Learning Opportunities
Interns will gain exposure to technologies like Ansible, RHEL, OpenShift, AI, Python, GitHub, Java, Agile methodologies, and JavaScript. The program includes structured training and project work to enhance technical and collaborative skills.
