As part of the customer delivery team in New Delhi, the Junior Consultant supports on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat technologies. The role involves working with customers across industries to help build enterprise IT solutions based on Red Hat platforms.
Program Overview
This role is part of the FASTER Program, a structured 12‑month learning and development program beginning on 1 September 2026. Participants gain technical expertise and customer engagement experience while contributing to real customer projects.
What You Will Do
- Learn how Red Hat supports organizations in solving technical and strategic challenges using its technology portfolio.
- Develop technical knowledge across Red Hat solutions including cloud, automation, and AI through training and certifications.
- Participate in real customer engagements, projects, and job‑shadowing opportunities.
- Assist senior members of the Services Delivery team with the implementation and adoption of Red Hat technologies.
- Build professional capabilities by working directly with customers and participating in skill development activities.
- Understand tools and processes used in enterprise‑level solution architecture.
- Support sales and services teams in delivering enterprise IT solutions based on Red Hat platforms.
What You Will Bring
- Interest in open source technologies and motivation to build a career in the technology industry.
- Technical knowledge in computer science, IT, AI, or related disciplines obtained through academic programs, certifications, or boot camps.
- Experience applying analytical or technical skills in enterprise IT related academic or project work.
- Ability to learn new technologies through self‑directed learning.
- Customer‑focused mindset and willingness to understand business requirements.
- Availability to travel to customer locations and Red Hat offices when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and with internal teams and customers.
- Experience with Linux is preferred.
- Red Hat certifications or exposure to Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform, or related technologies are advantageous.
