Your Roles & Responsibilities:

• As an intern, you will serve as a practitioner who performs application monitoring activities, administers the application, and does application support operations.
• You will perform non-code related application configurations and update and maintain related documentation.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Application Monitoring (monitoring application processes, incident & fault analysis, simple rectification)
• Perform and manage low to medium production (application) support tasks and activities that require knowledge regarding the application and its functionality, along with the key technology used to develop the application
• Perform monitoring of application processes and system notifications
• Administer the applications related to services
• Perform non-code related application configuration activities
• Acquire, update, and maintain knowledge documentation on all in-scope applications
• Provide triage services for all incidents
• Support senior and principal consultants in day-to-day application support and documentation activities while learning on the job.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Graduate: B.Sc (Comp. Sc./Electronics/PCM etc.) or BCA, should have completed or be pursuing final year degree as per PMIS Guidelines
• (12+3) Academic years
• Pass percentage of 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and college)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take up challenging tasks.
