Job Title: Trade and Transaction Analyst, NCT
Corporate Title: NCT
The Listed Derivatives (Exchange Traded Derivatives) business provides execution and clearing services for firm clients and internal franchise desks with exchanges and clearing houses. The business supports clients across Europe, the US, and APAC and is backed by dedicated operational teams.
The role focuses on maintaining reliable service delivery and supporting the Listed Derivatives function with a stable operating environment. It also emphasizes improving productivity, strengthening operational controls, and reducing risk through effective processes and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive reconciliation of total equity including trade, cash, position, commission, and fees.
- Submit P&L and client adjustment requests on time and post adjustments in GMI when required.
- Investigate, track, and resolve breaks or issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders while conducting root cause analysis.
- Follow defined key operating procedures while executing assigned tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assignments and escalate potential risks when necessary.
- Maintain and update process documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of Listed Derivatives or ETD, Futures and Options, particularly within reconciliation processes.
- Experience with applications such as GMI, Cognos, DUCO, and SharePoint is advantageous.
- Background in accounting or finance is beneficial.
- Ability to analyse data and identify root causes of discrepancies.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Access.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and work within tight deadlines.
- Flexible approach to working hours and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
