About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment databases. This is an excellent chance for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Support the team with offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups.
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Superpowers/Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling candidate information.

Education

Pursuing or recently completed graduation/MBA (HR specialization preferred).
