Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing analog and mixed-signal CMOS layouts.
- Work with layout engineers to understand schematics and translate them into layout implementations.
- Help identify and resolve layout related issues and support physical verification processes.
- Learn and apply established layout methodologies, design practices, and tool flows.
- Coordinate with team members to complete layout tasks within project timelines.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, ECE, EEE, VLSI, or related disciplines.
- Graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch only.
- Applicants should not currently be enrolled in M.Tech programs or postgraduate diploma courses.
- Candidates must not hold any full-time employment at the time of joining, though prior internship exposure is acceptable.
- Basic understanding of CMOS layout techniques, design rules, and second-order layout effects.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in learning new design tools, flows, and methodologies.
The apprenticeship runs for approximately 12 months and follows an in-office working model.
