About the Role
S&P Global is seeking fresh graduates for its Software Engineer - Graduate Program under the Early Careers IMPACT initiative. This unique 18-month program offers three six-month rotations across diverse technology domains, enabling participants to gain hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship while contributing to real-world projects.
The Team
You will be part of the Technology and Customer Applications team, responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and supporting software solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and integration with external solutions will be part of your role, ensuring customer-focused product development.
Program Structure
- Three rotations across areas such as Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation, Agile Project Management, and Product Development.
- Exposure to diverse projects, technologies, and roles for a well-rounded learning experience.
- Structured training, mentorship, and project-based assignments to build a solid foundation in technology and industry practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver software solutions and core products.
- Transform change requests into technical designs and implementations.
- Continuously improve product architecture for performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth delivery into production environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related analytical/technical discipline.
- Passing year: 2026.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of coding, data structures, and algorithms.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code principles, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with database concepts and software development practices like unit testing, pair programming, and code reviews.
- Ability to work in 24x5 rotational shifts as per business requirements.
