About the Role

The Operations Intern will work closely with the Product and Go-to-Market teams, supporting operational and analytical activities across the business. The role includes contributing to market analysis, monitoring operational metrics, and assisting with documentation and process improvements. Interns gain direct exposure to how a fast-growing AI company operates and may be considered for a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist PM and GTM teams with market sizing analysis and opportunity assessments.
• Track and interpret operational metrics using Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
• Create dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Looker to present insights.
• Document and map existing workflows while identifying areas for operational improvement.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and partner-facing documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and align on deliverables.

Required Skills and Background

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Basic SQL knowledge, including writing queries to retrieve and analyze data.
• Exposure to process mapping or operations research through coursework or projects.
• Ability to write clear documentation such as BRDs.
• Comfort presenting insights and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Background in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related discipline is preferred.

Additional Advantages

• Previous internship exposure in operations, consulting, or product roles.
• Understanding of GTM motions or enterprise sales processes.
• Familiarity with the AI or SaaS industry.
