The Team

  • Defines the scope of financial reports, including investor targeting and industry focus.
  • Performs market research to understand industry trends, competition, opportunities, and risks.
  • Identifies potential investors using demographic, investment, and risk profile data.
  • Develops messaging and positioning strategies based on research insights.
  • Presents findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support marketing and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound client requests through case management systems and telephony support across US, APAC, and EMEA regions.
  • Research potential investors and analyze financial and market data to identify leads.
  • Prepare accurate reports with insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports while meeting strict deadlines and SLA requirements.
  • Maintain trackers for missing data and coordinate with internal teams to update databases.
  • Work with product and support teams to resolve production issues affecting clients.
  • Stay informed on market and regulatory developments impacting service operations.
  • Continuously improve reporting quality and operational efficiency through feedback and process enhancements.
  • Provide updates on industry trends and market analysis to clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong financial modeling and financial statement analysis capabilities.
  • Knowledge of valuation methodologies, market research, and investment banking processes.
  • Ability to review and interpret large volumes of financial data with accuracy.
