About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Apprentices to join our Program Delivery team. This role is designed for individuals eager to build a career in program/project management, delivery governance, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced software product environment.

As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, while working closely with experienced Program Managers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Tracking

  • Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Monitor progress against plans and highlight risks, blockers, and dependencies.

Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
  • Support governance processes such as risk logs, action trackers, and meeting minutes.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, Operations) to gather updates.
  • Follow up on open action items and ensure timely closure of tasks.
  • Assist in facilitating project meetings, stand-ups, and reviews.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to improving project tracking templates, reporting formats, and workflows.
  • Support adoption of best practices in Agile/Waterfall project management.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify efficiency improvements.

Tools & Data Management

  • Learn and use project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet.
  • Utilize Power BI, MS PowerPoint, and Excel for dashboards and reporting.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for Project Management is an an added advantage.
  • Maintain structured data for project metrics, KPIs, and reporting insights.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong academic background with an interest in project/operations management.
  • Good understanding of software development concepts OR strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
