About the Role:

As a Client Services professional within Regulatory & Compliance, you will be the primary contact for clients utilizing the Counterparty Manager (CPM) suite. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely, accurate support and seamless delivery throughout the client lifecycle. You will leverage strong client servicing skills combined with product and process understanding to resolve issues and cultivate lasting partnerships.

The Team:

You will be part of the Regulatory & Compliance Client Services organization, working within a regional and global coverage model. This team supports clients across EMEA, APAC, and US time zones, with strong collaboration across these regions. You will collaborate with peers and commercial partners to ensure consistent CPM services globally, adhering to global standards. Coordination with internal teams (such as product, implementation, operations, and other business functions) will be essential for sharing client feedback and resolving client issues. This role also involves providing weekend support for all Counterparty Manager products and Tax Solution coverage.

The Impact:

Your contributions will directly enhance client outcomes and help the organization achieve service excellence across various regions. This includes reducing risk, improving the client experience, and expanding product services coverage by aligning CPM capabilities with actual client processes to drive meaningful usage. You will also contribute to improving implementation quality in all regions through standardization, documentation, and close collaboration with internal teams. Translating client sentiment into actionable insights will support product enhancements and service improvements.
