About the Role
This position focuses on managing datasets, performing in-depth analysis, and supporting process improvements across projects. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to interpret data findings and enhance workflows while ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Grade Level (for internal use): 07
Responsibilities
- Projects: Independently manage assigned projects, workflows, or related tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Perform detailed data analysis for allocated projects and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in workflows or procedures.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for new team members and refresher programs. Ensure procedures remain aligned across teams and update training materials with current guidelines.
- Workflows: Develop a clear understanding of the dataset, workflows, and tools used in daily operations.
- SQL: Contribute ideas for new SQL-based reports, process enhancements, and product improvements related to datasets.
- Advanced Excel: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, dashboard creation, complex charts, and possible automation using VBA.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, policy suggestions, and new project ideas within daily operations.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders using clear written and verbal communication.
- Mindset: Maintain attention to detail, adaptability, and a solution-focused approach to problem solving.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in business management, finance, or quality control.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently with different stakeholders.
- Capability to handle day-to-day operational tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of workflows, tools, and process requirements.
- Experience supervising or mentoring work and monitoring performance improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
- Experience managing at least one lean or automation project within the past year.
- Hands-on use of technical tools such as SQL, VBA, Power BI, or Tableau to deliver projects and add value.
- Knowledge of quality standards like Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is considered an advantage.
- Ability to analyze quality outcomes and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
