About the Role
The People Data team is focused on collecting Officers and Directors data from company filings and websites, which is published across S&P Global products. The role involves gathering and updating people data for public and private companies worldwide while following established collection procedures.
You will gain exposure to management structures across companies and regions while working with a collaborative team that supports learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out accurate data extraction, collection, and analysis using workflow tools and defined guidelines.
- Deliver relevant and complete solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing coverage in datasets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of dataset workflows and operational processes.
- Meet individual and team targets with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Suggest improvements for collection methods and dataset-related products.
- Handle assigned projects and ensure completion within timelines.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support team activities.
- Explore automation and lean process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of secondary research sources and online thematic research.
- Willingness to work in a 24x5 rotational shift environment.
- Experience or certification in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Power BI is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within flexible schedules.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
