The team enables clients to use S&P Global analytics with their internal financial information and works directly with them on data integrations used in credit analytics, scorecards, and portfolio monitoring workflows.
In this role, you will assist with proprietary data consulting services, including mapping and building custom data items in templates, integrating client data into databases, and developing workflow solutions through the S&P Capital IQ platform, Excel add-in, and FTP integrations.
Office Tools is a productivity solution integrated with Microsoft Office that helps clients create Excel models and business presentations more efficiently. Specialists collaborate with clients to build dynamic presentations and pitchbooks in PowerPoint and Word, and design custom Quick Keys in Excel to simplify financial modeling. The team also supports clients in building content libraries of approved presentations, slides, charts, and branding assets accessible directly within PowerPoint.
This team acts as a key point of contact for clients. Daily work includes spreading financial statements, building custom templates, preparing presentations, and addressing client queries while demonstrating strong knowledge of S&P tools and data. The role also involves collaborating with Sales teams on business opportunities, working with Product teams on improvements, and assisting Client Services with training and support.
