About the Role:

S&P Global is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to manage data maintenance, support, training, reporting, and business analysis for clients' Structured Finance Obligations, including CLOs, CBOs, and Swaps. This position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks. Candidates should demonstrate strong financial adaptability and PC skills, and will be fully accountable for all assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client records are accurately reflected by agent banks and shown in Loan Recon.
  • Perform position reconciliation for clients to match their data with agents, including detailed research for complex sub-clients.
  • Accurately research position reconciliation breaks, minimize exceptions, and ensure high client match rates.
  • Process trade settlements in WSO for missing trades and ensure timely and efficient processing of rollovers, pay downs, and commitment reductions.
  • Responsible for daily reconciliations and other one-off tasks, maintaining high quality notes and accuracy for reports and results.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Process trade settlements in WSO Admin based on client-provided information.
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of all new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay downs, and commitment reductions.
  • Accurately process daily activity, new deal closings, restructures, and amendments for all asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS) by reviewing source documentation and faxes from agent banks.
  • Interact with appropriate individuals/entities to gather pertinent information and details to accurately reflect data in the system.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates must be willing to work on a rotational shift including night/evening shifts based on business requirements (Primary shift: 2 PM to 11 PM).
  • Loan syndication, reconciliation knowledge, banking, or investment knowledge is preferred.
