About the Role

AI & Automation Support
- Design and develop AI-powered applications such as NLP models, chatbots, and intelligent automation tools.
- Build and deploy machine learning pipelines using technologies like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, or comparable platforms.
- Work with business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Create automation scripts and AI-assisted decision tools to streamline processes.
- Help identify repetitive or manual workflows that can be automated.
- Support the development and maintenance of automation workflows.
- Develop Python scripts to automate analytics processes and produce visualizations.
- Create dynamic dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.
- Implement data quality checks, governance practices, and reusable data pipelines.
- Assist with AI-driven solutions including chatbots, document processing, and intelligent reporting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI and automation systems to maintain reliability.
Analytics & Reporting
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business and IT stakeholders.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, issues, and potential improvements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reporting outputs.
Systems & IT Support
- Assist with collecting and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement of IT solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation for processes, reporting systems, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including IT staff, business users, and external vendors.
Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Stay current with developments in AI, automation, analytics, and reporting technologies.
- Participate in training programs, pilot initiatives, and innovation projects.
- Suggest enhancements to current IT systems and reporting workflows.
Technical Requirements
Python Programming (Advanced)
- Data manipulation using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Data visualization with Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- JSON/XML parsing.
- REST API integration.
AI and Machine Learning
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of NLP techniques including tokenization, embeddings, and text classification.
- Model training, evaluation, and tuning.
Data Tools & Technologies
- Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- SQL databases such as MySQL, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Cloud Platforms
- Experience with at least one cloud provider such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to Azure ML Studio, Azure OpenAI, or Cognitive Services is advantageous.
Automation & Integration
- Scripting using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with RPA or workflow automation tools is beneficial.
