About the Role

Role: Analyst - iProspectus Operations

The Operations team includes experienced professionals supporting corporate and municipal clients across the United States. Clients range from Tier 1 to Tier 3 organizations and expect high service standards. The role focuses on processing, distributing, and posting prospectus documents through the Prospectus Delivery platform and Public Prospectus site.

The Team

The team operates in a collaborative and energetic environment, working closely with global counterparts to ensure consistent service delivery. Members interact with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate handling of prospectus documentation and client requests.

Impact

• Deliver a positive client experience that supports revenue retention and growth.
• Build strong working relationships with bond issuers, financial advisors, and underwriters across the region.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles early so clients can take steps to mitigate them.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound client requests through the case management email system and telephony hotlines, resolving deal related and support requests in coordination with the global support team.
• Process prospectus documents for distribution and posting on the document dissemination platform.
• Act as a primary point of contact for municipal and corporate clients regarding client service and application support.
• Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports with accuracy and within required timelines.
• Troubleshoot client issues, identify root causes, and determine appropriate remediation steps.
• Work with Product Build teams to prioritize, track, and resolve production issues affecting clients.
• Support client onboarding activities with the Professional Services team, including training and user access.
• Stay updated on market and regulatory changes that affect service activities and adjust procedures accordingly.
• Cross train with global team members to strengthen application knowledge and ensure client coverage.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with internet based applications.
• Interest in capital markets and the broader financial markets.
• Ability to manage deadlines, deliver reports accurately, and work within a collaborative team environment.
