The Analyst will support senior analysts within the Research and Design team to create new S&P Dow Jones Indices within the Equities Value stream. Work includes developing innovative index products such as factors, dividend strategies, thematic indices, digital assets, AI, and sustainability-based solutions.
The position requires strong numerical ability, programming skills, and the capability to work with large datasets. The analyst will also communicate findings and insights clearly to internal teams and clients.
The Global Research and Design team develops systematic index strategies and supports the full lifecycle of index creation. This includes background research, client engagement, data gathering, back testing, and finalizing index methodologies.
