The Team:
The global Revenue Operations team operates across Pakistan, India, and the Philippines. The group supports commercial frontline teams throughout the Order-to-Cash process by submitting quotes, generating contracts, and coordinating with teams such as Legal, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Client Financial Relations.

This team focuses on improving revenue generation processes and strengthening the commercial buying experience. In this role, you will help enhance operational efficiency, support the broader commercial organization, and contribute to improving client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Price new sales and renewal quotes in Salesforce, working closely with sales teams to determine appropriate pricing strategies for client needs, including strategic and high ACV accounts.
  • Assist internal partners with updating starting and ending ACV values in Salesforce so sales and marketing dashboards in Power BI accurately reflect the data.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives focused on reducing order return rates for CPQ quotes, managing suspensions, and handling usage billing requests such as AMR PPV and Real-Time Premium exchange.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by contributing insights to business strategy and supporting the mentoring and training of junior team members.
  • Manage day-to-day workflow execution while ensuring team deliverables are completed effectively.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives that help streamline team operations and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on data cleanup efforts and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related to system changes.
  • Work with management to refine departmental processes including deliverable tracking, metrics development, and assignment workflows.
  • Identify operational gaps and develop mechanisms to support new capabilities and evolving business processes.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects designed to improve operational efficiency and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for complex analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for validating system updates and enhancements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams and departments.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
