Role Overview
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (Network) will support planning, design, and operational activities related to network infrastructure. The role involves collaborating with business, planning, and regulatory teams to understand requirements and help deliver reliable network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand requirements from business, planning, and regulatory teams.
- Support planning of network design and architecture for various business needs.
- Assist with operational planning for the assigned function.
- Carry out network capacity planning to meet customer demand and maintain a congestion-free network.
- Participate in vendor evaluation and validation activities.
- Prepare engineering details for LTE, FTTH, and enterprise networks.
- Create engineering documentation for each node and prepare monthly operating plans for planned events.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
- Follow standard operating procedures to achieve defined objectives.
- Improve technical knowledge by attending technical seminars and webinars.

- Understanding of computer networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with software engineering practices and development models.
- Technical orientation with analytical thinking.
