Job Summary
The O365 Support Engineer helps keep Office 365 environments running smoothly and well administered. The role covers building, maintaining and improving O365 solutions while handling client requests and technical issues. The engineer supports the organization's goals by delivering dependable support and operational quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement O365 administration solutions by configuring and customizing settings to meet project requirements.
- Maintain existing O365 environments by troubleshooting issues with user accounts, permissions and collaboration tools.
- Handle new feature requests from clients by analyzing requirements and implementing enhancements on the O365 platform on time.
- Document processes, configurations and solutions to keep complete records and share knowledge within the team.
Skill Requirements
- Basic understanding of O365 administration tools and features.
- Familiarity with user management, permissions and collaboration tools in O365.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and issue resolution in cloud environments.
Other Requirements
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals is optional but valuable.
