Job Summary

This role supports the Bid Manager in delivering a strong bid and works with teams across functions to improve bid quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain a repository of proposal documents and previous bid responses, and track the latest industry trends.
2. Assemble the bid response document and make sure it meets quality standards.
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance and Compliance, and bring together input from across the business.
4. Create and maintain a repository of all collateral related to bid responses.
