Job Summary
The Intune & Remote Desktop Support Engineer manages, supports, and troubleshoots endpoint devices and remote access solutions across the enterprise. The role covers Microsoft Intune device management, application deployment, security compliance, remote desktop support, user onboarding and offboarding, and technical help for end users. The engineer keeps endpoints secure, systems available, and the user experience smooth, while following organizational policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows devices, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support Remote Desktop Services (RDS), VPN, and remote access solutions.
- Resolve incidents related to laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when required.
