Role Overview
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will support network planning, design, and operational activities across business units. The role involves working with business, planning, and regulatory teams to understand requirements and help maintain efficient network performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand requirements shared by business, planning, and regulatory teams.
- Assist in planning network design and architecture for various business services.
- Support operational planning activities for the assigned function.
- Perform network capacity planning to meet customer demand and maintain a congestion-free network.
- Participate in vendor evaluation and validation processes.
- Support engineering activities for LTE, FTTH, and enterprise network deployments.
- Prepare engineering documentation for each node and contribute to the monthly operating plan for planned events.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during project execution.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Continuously build technical knowledge by attending technical seminars and webinars.

- Understanding of computer networking fundamentals.
- Awareness of software engineering practices and development models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
