Role Overview
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (Network) will support planning, design, and operational activities related to telecom network infrastructure. The role involves working with business and regulatory teams to understand requirements and assist in building scalable network solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand requirements received from business, planning, and regulatory teams.
- Assist in planning network architecture and design for different business services.
- Support operational planning activities for the assigned function.
- Participate in network capacity planning to meet customer demand and maintain a congestion‑free network.
- Support vendor evaluation and validation processes.
- Prepare engineering details for LTE, FTTH, and enterprise networks.
- Create engineering documentation for each node and contribute to monthly operating plans for event execution.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures to achieve defined objectives.
- Improve technical knowledge by attending relevant technical seminars and webinars.
