Job Responsibilities
- Carry out first-level proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
- Prioritize faults regularly to meet SLA requirements.
- Manage emergency situations and coordinate with first-level operations to investigate related issues and root causes.
- Handle complaints and escalations raised by end customers, operations, and call center teams.
- Analyze trouble tickets and recommend timely corrective actions and solutions.
Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of the relevant domain is mandatory.
- Follow all processes and tools in line with agreed SLA guidelines.
- Knowledge of technical support activities.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks efficiently.
