The Junior Technical Account Manager (JTAM) role focuses on building foundational knowledge of Red Hat products and support processes. The position supports customer satisfaction by helping resolve basic technical issues and developing an understanding of customer environments.
The JTAM follows defined procedures, performs initial troubleshooting, and interacts with customers on technical matters. The role also develops judgment in prioritizing issues while contributing to a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing and technical account management support.
During the first year, you will participate in the FASTER Program, a 12 month development program designed to build deep technical knowledge and customer engagement skills. Participants gain hands on exposure to Red Hat technologies, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to real customer solutions.
