Job Summary:
Qualcomm is hiring Support Engineer Associates to assist in hardware design, testing, and troubleshooting of RF and digital components. The role involves executing test procedures, debugging hardware issues, and maintaining mobile test boards and equipment. Candidates will collaborate with design engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, test, and troubleshoot hardware components. Execute test procedures with design engineers. Deploy and maintain software/hardware tools. Debug and analyze test boards in the mobile industry. Create detailed reports and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with test equipment, communication skills, and customer support experience.
